Shipping Costs & Information

We currently have multiple shipping options available on our website depending on your order value, weight contents and shipping address. Final shipping costs is calculated at the last stage of checkout.

  • For Mainland UK, we offer fully tracked and insured next day services from £3.50! For orders over £150, there is a free shipping option!
  • For the Channel Islands & Northern Ireland, we offer fully tracked and insured next day services from £3.50! For orders over £150, there is a free shipping option!

Any order placed at the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday, and any order placed after the cutoff time of 6pm will be send the next working day. All orders are tracked, and an email will be sent to you with tracking details as soon as we have completed packing you order and the shipping label has been created.

Due to Covid-19, all couriers are experiencing delays in certain areas, and we cannot guarantee the delivery time at the moment. Please wait until 24 hours have passed the expected delivery time before contacting us if there are any issues or lost parcels. Almost all delivery enquiries can be made with the courier direct using the shipping information that is provided to you for a quicker resolution or to reschedule delivery.

International Sales

Our website is setup so that our international customers automatically go through the checkout process without being charged VAT on their order. This allows our international business customers to seamlessly make orders with little restriction.

For customers in the EU, we require you to have provided a valid VAT number at registration to release your order without any further checks. Any orders that have been placed without a VAT number provided will have to either provide a valid VAT number, or pay the VAT applicable to the order before it can be released.

Warranty, Refunds And Returns

All of our parts come with a 12 month warranty from the date of sale, and any parts found to be faulty can be returned to us where we will issue either a replacement or a credit for those parts the very same day that we receive them. Any parts returned that have physical damage, whether externally, or to the internal LCD/OLED will not be eligible for a replacement or credit.

Due to the installation process of some parts and the chance of damage during installation, we require the following parts to be tested before installation. These parts almost always exhibit any potential faults before installation, and almost never without an external cause such as during installation. The following parts have to be returned in a new, unfitted condition with any adhesive stickers intact or before having been bonded to the device:

  • All iPad Digitisers & iPad LCD & Digitiser Complete Units
  • All Samsung, Huawei, Moto, OnePlus, Oppo, Pixel, Sony, Vivo, Xiaomi & Kindle screens

Any of the above parts that have been returned having already been installed to the device prior to testing will not be eligible for a replacement or credit.

Any parts that have arrived damaged, or parts missing from order must be reported within 2 days of delivery, and photos of damage provided where required.

Please make sure you fully test all parts prior to installation. Parts are only to be installed by qualified technicians.
